Jo & John’s wedding 6/5/22
The Forge, Bristol & Bristol Registry Office
Jo & John got married on the 6th May 2022, they said their vows and made their life long promises to one another at The Bristol Registry Office, they then carried on the celebrations at The Forge in Bristol.
I love being a Bristol wedding photographer because every wedding I go to in Bristol is such a quirky wedding to photograph. Bristol is so full of easy going, creative and fun people. I love the images I can create because they are injected with colour and life. Every street you walk in Bristol has an abundance of life, colourful walls filled with graffiti and lots of different angles for photographs.
Jo and John’s theme for their wedding attire was purple, which I think this looks EPIC on the backdrop of the Christmas Steps in Bristol. They had the most beautiful bright wedding flowers and had their reception in the coolest of Bristol wedding venues, The Forge. They were joined by only eighteen members consisting of friends and family, which made for a beautiful and intimate wedding celebration. Sometime people get too carried away when planning their wedding, I think it is just as lovely if not nicer to have just your nearest and dearest to help you celebrate.
Jo is a fellow creative, she works as a performance artist. I am so inspired by Jo, she has taught me how to dive deeper into my clients lives and portray them for who they really are through my wedding photography.
