Crowcombe Court Wedding
Holly and Greg got married at Crowcombe court on the 2nd April 2022. They went for a colourful, vibrant mix of themes. Holly opted for a mariachi band to play as they walked out of their ceremony and Greg selected themes throughout the day including Harry Potter, Lord of The Rings and many more!
I met Holly and her Mum at The Big Southwest Wedding Fair a few years before their wedding and then again just a year before their wedding. This is where Holly told me that they were expecting little baby Eric, who would obviously be there on the wedding day. I was so excited at this point, I was so thrilled for them that they were going to have a baby and get married in such a short period of time.
Holly and Greg chose me as their wedding photographer because they liked the colours I managed to capture within my photography. They also were super keen to use some smoke bombs and to capture the vibrancy of the day. I am pretty sure this is the reason they used Crowcombe Court as their wedding venue. This Somerset wedding venue is bright, so accommodating, and big with endless photo opportunities. I am back there on the 25th February 2023 and I am so excited!
The wonderful, bubbly, kind, and gorgeous celebrant was Jen Whitworth who conducted their personal ceremony. Jen wore energetic coloured clothes to fit Holly & Greg’s theme, and she sat down with Holly & Greg before the wedding to write their ceremony with a super personal touch. Anyone looking for a Somerset celebrant I 100% recommend Jen!
Holly’s flowers were the most amazing flowers I have ever seen at a wedding. They were so different and bright. Again, I fully recommend Dahlia Florist as your Somerset florist.
The feeling of the day was just pure brilliance, Crowcombe Court and all the other suppliers made Holly and Greg’s wedding spectacular! The vibe was, endless sparkles, fun, colour, vibrant with a huge amount of personal touch just for Holly and Greg’s jungle, cheerful, themed wedding.
